Tooth-Colored Fillings

Metal-free (composite) fillings not only look natural, they are also mercury-free which minimizes exposure to manufacturers and to the environment.  They are made of microscopic glass or quartz particles in a resin matrix.  Also, unlike “silver” fillings placed decades ago, tooth-colored fillings are bonded to the tooth structure, creating a better seal against future leakage.
